Star Trek: Lower Decks is an American adult animated television series created by Mike McMahan for the streaming service Paramount+. It follows the low-ranking support crew of one of Starfleet's least important ships, the U.S.S. Cerritos, have to keep up with their duties, often while the ship is being rocked by a multitude of sci-fi anomalies.

I was invited to participate in Season 2 as a Background Painter, and then as a Key Background Painter, and immediately fell in love with the first-class 2D art style, using atmospheric lighting, neon colors and warm bounce lights to create all the unique scenarios in the different areas of the ship and the planets the crew is visiting.
